Los próximos 17 y 18 de septiembre se celebrará la segunda edición del Campus Gutenberg de la Comunicación y la Cultura Científica, una iniciativa impulsada por el Observatorio de la Comunicación Científica (OCC-UPF), el Máster en Comunicación Científica, Médica y Ambiental (idEC-UPF) y la Obra Social “la Caixa”, y con la colaboración de la Associació Catalana de Comunicació Científica.

Final Synthesis Report on Science in Society in Europe

.Ya se puede consultar online el Final Synthesis Report on Science in Society in Europe (2012), en el que se recogen los temas y las prioridades de investigación en el área de ciencia en sociedad en Europa.

El informe final, que forma parte del proyecto MASIS (Monitoring Activities and research activities on Science In Society), ofrece información preliminar basada en los análisis de los informes nacionales, y será revisado cuando todas las versiones finales estén disponibles.

La comunicación científica en el mundo

.El miércoles 18 de abril en Florencia en el marco de la 12th PCST International Conference se presentará el libro Science Communication in the World: Practices, Theories and Trends.

El libro, publicado a iniciativa de la red internacional PCST Academy, proporciona información sobre el estado comunicación pública de la ciencia y la tecnología en el mundo desde India a Sudáfrica hasta China o Corea. El capítulo 13 titulado Spanish PCST and the European Science in Society Strategy está escrito por Vladimir de Semir director del Observatorio de la Comunicación Científica de la UPF.
